Not everyone wants to pedal all the time.

We were a bit sad to see our TRX850 cafe racer go but it did free up a bit of space for the XS650 special, and if you want us to build you a TRX, all you need to do is ask! Check out http://trx850caferacer.com/ for more pics of different cafe’d TRXs.

The next project motorbike is an XS650 special. Its future is a completely rebuilt, rephrased 750cc engine, alloy swingarm, TRX forks and brakes, Larry built wheels with knobby tyres, custom tank, gauges, lighting and seat. The frame is being modified and cleaned up and a custom high mount exhaust is on the way too. It will be a sort of desert sled/scrambler for the road. You can see we have a bit to do before its ready to ride but it might be ready for summer.

The R80g/s’ fate is still undecided, but whatever happens it won’t remain standard. Dakar replica, 1000cc scrambler, semi restoration with upgraded engine, suspension and brakes...who knows?
