BMW R80G/S

This 1981 R80G/S was bought literally out of a barn where it had been for many years after an electrical fire. A complete rebuild was in order. Rather than a conventional
restoration we decided to upgrade the originals weaknesses. The forks are 50mm WP off a KTM motorcrosser, modified to suit. Its now 1000cc, with twin plug heads and
modified gearbox. A big brake was needed of the front. Everything else was dismantled, hyroblasted, painted or replaced. Enthusiasts will notice the custom made parts.

Yamaha XS650

These are possibly the most modified Japanese bikes around. While the styling of our XS is scrambler mechanically we have made some significant changes. The engine is now 750cc and has been rephased by Daryl at PMT to produce more power and reduce the vibrations of the stock bike. Front end is off a TRX850 with the twin discs, the rear uses
progressive shocks and an aftermarket swingarm for a SR500. Semi knobby tyres and custom paint finish the look.

The Workshop

There has been a bit happenning since the move into the factory. The tidying up and upgrading of a BMW hp2 Enduro. Currently there is a custom R60/6 being built on the lift. A few new Larry bikes are coming together and a Lenz mammoth is being converted to 1x11. Jump on to our facebook page to see what's going on.
